a 5 minute walk to the subway can be a 5 minute jog.
i used to schedule runs but now i just jog when i'm already walking.
what's incredible about this practice is the spontaneity. it's kind of energizing to speed up a bit on a whim. that's all this is.
i'm running short distances, so i don't mind jogging in sandals and i haven't had trouble with sweat.
