no goals
gonna have no personal goals for August and see how it goes. it feels right. i'm going to move back to New York and will need some time to settle back in.
i will be back to it in September.
update: JK i had a change of heart. gosh i'm the most inconsistent person ever and i love it
here are my August OKRs:
- Work: Get in at least 3 focus hours each workday.
- Lifting sessions: Lift 4x a week; run 1x a week. Week of 8/13, I’ll just try my best.
- Lifting eating: Eat at least 130g protein every day; track calories every day starting 8/13.
- Meditation: Meditate every morning and every evening.
- Dating: Go on one date this month.
