waking up at 5am everyday
tried this for a week now. it's really nice, i've gotten work done so easily for my 9 to 5, meditated and gymmed, and also ate well which had spillover effects into my mood in general.
but going to bed at 8pm to support this - feel some FOMO at not being able to hang out with people past 8pm.
i think waking up at 6am and going to bed at 9:30/10 is more reasonable. and you can probably recover from one cheat night a week
ive noticed a lot of ppl older than me gravitate towards this schedule as they care less and less about socializing LOL
